We're Hiring: QA/QC Manager | Kuwait

Khalid Ali Al Kharafi & Bros. Co. is seeking an experienced and highly qualified QA/QC Manager to lead quality assurance and quality control activities across major construction and infrastructure projects in Kuwait.

This role is ideal for a seasoned quality professional with extensive experience in project quality management, inspections, compliance, and quality documentation.

Position Details

Position: QA/QC Manager
Location: Kuwait

Key Responsibilities

 Develop, implement, and manage Quality Assurance and Quality Control systems

 Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and contract requirements

 Review and approve Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)

 Manage inspections, audits, and quality verification activities

 Monitor and control Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective actions

 Maintain comprehensive quality documentation and records

 Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and clients

 Ensure continuous improvement of quality processes and procedures

 Lead quality reviews and provide regular management reports

 Support project delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards

Requirements

 Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

 Minimum 15 years of relevant QA/QC experience

 Strong background in:

• Construction Projects
• Infrastructure Projects
• Quality Management Systems

 Extensive experience in:

• QA/QC Procedures
• Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
• Quality Inspections
• NCR Management
• Quality Documentation

 Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills

 Ability to manage quality activities across large-scale projects

Preferred Qualifications

 Experience in MEW (Ministry of Electricity & Water) Projects in Kuwait

 Experience working with government and major infrastructure projects

 Knowledge of international quality standards and project compliance requirements

 Candidates currently available in Kuwait
