Available PositionsReceptionistRequirements- Previous experience in reception or customer service.
- Experience in the medical field is preferred.
- Transferable residency.
- Must currently be residing in Kuwait.
- Welcome patients and visitors professionally.
- Manage appointments and patient inquiries.
- Handle front desk operations and administrative tasks.
- Maintain patient records and appointment schedules.
- Provide excellent customer service and administrative support.
- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in the dental or medical field is an advantage.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Arabic.
- Transferable residency.
- Must currently be residing in Kuwait.
- Availability to join at the earliest possible date is preferred.
- Handle inbound calls and patient inquiries.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments.
- Provide information about services and treatments.
- Maintain accurate communication records.
- Ensure excellent patient support and service quality.
