We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join our team in Kuwait.

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and service activities.
• Lead and motivate restaurant staff to maintain high performance standards.
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor team productivity and service quality.
• Coordinate staff scheduling and shift operations.
• Support inventory control and stock monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues effectively.
• Assist management in achieving sales and operational targets.

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor in a casual dining restaurant within Kuwait.
• Must currently be residing in Kuwait.
• Transferable Article 18 Residency is required.
• Available for immediate joining.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
