Hiring Homecare Nurse in Kuwait

Family Care Home Nursing Company, a licensed private healthcare provider based in Hawally, Kuwait, is hiring qualified and compassionate female Registered Homecare Nurses.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver professional one-on-one nursing care to elderly, post-operative, and pediatric patients in home settings.
• Monitor and record vital signs, blood glucose levels, oxygen saturation, and clinical parameters regularly.
• Administer oral, subcutaneous, and intravenous medications according to attending physician prescriptions.
• Manage patient wound dressings, catheter hygiene, feeding tubes, and mobility rehabilitation assistance.
• Maintain detailed nursing charts, progress notes, and report clinical changes to the nursing supervisor.
• Provide compassionate emotional support and clear healthcare guidance to family caregivers.

Requirements

• Nursing qualification: ANM, GNM, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing).
• Minimum 2 years of clinical or home health nursing experience.
• Attested degree certificates; Prometric licensing and DataFlow/QuadraBay verification preferred.
• Female candidates required; valid Kuwait transferable residency (Article 18).
• Immediate availability to commence duties.
