A specialty confectionery boutique and luxury chocolate parlor in Abbasiya, Kuwait, is hiring pleasant and customer-oriented female sales and counter staff to manage retail customer orders and confectionery packaging.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet boutique patrons, present chocolate collections, and guide customers with confectionery selections.
• Assist with decorative chocolate packaging, luxury gift hamper arrangements, and ribbon wrapping for celebratory occasions.
• Help with light preparation and presentation of gourmet sweets, cakes, and confectionery items.
• Maintain immaculate cleanliness across display glass cases, retail counters, and chocolate storage chillers.
• Process retail sales billing accurately through the store cash and K-Net terminal.

Requirements

• Prior experience in chocolate shops, bakeries, confectionery boutiques, or retail customer service.
• Basic experience in sweet presentation, pastry handling, or creative gift packaging.
• Pleasant personal grooming, polite communication, and enthusiastic hospitality mindset.
• Valid transferable residency in Kuwait (Article 18 or 22).
