A prominent commercial corporation in Kuwait is urgently seeking an accomplished, visionary, and competent Senior Marketing & Brand Manager to direct commercial marketing and platform growth in Kuwait City, Kuwait.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute comprehensive commercial marketing strategies to accelerate brand equity and business revenue.
• Oversee digital application user acquisition campaigns, social media management, and performance marketing funnels.
• Lead marketing campaigns across digital, print, outdoor billboard, and corporate partnership channels.
• Leverage extensive industry contacts across the Kuwait retail, media, and commercial sectors.
• Manage the annual marketing budget, negotiating vendor contracts and analyzing campaign return on investment (ROI).
• Direct creative design teams and copywriters to ensure consistent brand voice across all touchpoints.
• Monitor consumer trends and market intelligence to identify emerging commercial opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
• 5-10 Years of progressive marketing management experience within Kuwait or the GCC region.
• Proven track record scaling digital platform marketing, consumer mobile apps, and multichannel campaigns.
• Strong leadership integrity, strategic vision, and executive communication abilities.
• Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18).
• Strong professional network and vendor relationships in the Kuwait market.
