We are urgently recruiting experienced professionals for Land Drilling Rig Operations in Kuwait.

Candidates must have a proven track record in oil & gas well drilling and meet the specified qualifications and certification requirements.

🔹 Tool PusherRequirements

 Preferred Engineering Graduate

 Minimum 10 years of drilling industry experience

 Minimum 4 years in the same position

 Valid IWCF / WellSharp certification

🔹 Night Tool PusherRequirements

 Preferred Engineering Graduate

 Minimum 8 years of drilling industry experience

 Minimum 3 years in the same position

 Valid IWCF / WellSharp certification

🔹 DrillerRequirements

 Secondary School Certificate or equivalent

 Minimum 7 years of drilling industry experience

 Minimum 3 years in the same role

 Valid IWCF / WellSharp certification

🔹 Assistant DrillerRequirements

 Secondary School Certificate or equivalent

 Minimum 5 years of drilling industry experience

 Minimum 3 years in the same role

 Valid IWCF / WellSharp certification

🔹 Chief ElectricianRequirements

 Preferred Engineering Graduate

 Minimum 7 years of electrical maintenance experience within the drilling industry

 Minimum 3 years in the same position

 Experience with AC-driven systems and automated electrical control systems preferred

 Experience in SCR & VFD systems is mandatory

 Valid IWCF / WellSharp certification

🔹 Chief MechanicRequirements

 Preferred Engineering Graduate

 Minimum 7 years of mechanical maintenance experience within the drilling industry

 Minimum 3 years in the same role

 Experience with:

• Top Drive Systems
• Drilling Equipment
• Automated Control Systems

 Valid IWCF / WellSharp certification

General Requirements for All Positions

 Valid IWCF or WellSharp Well Control Certificate appropriate to the position

 Fluent English (Speaking, Reading & Writing)

 Good physical health and fitness for rig-site operations

 Valid technical, professional, and safety certifications relevant to the position

 Strong understanding of drilling operations and safety standards
