Hiring Civil Construction Senior Project Manager in Kuwait

A premier international project management and civil engineering contracting firm is seeking an accomplished Senior Civil Project Manager to direct high-profile institutional developments and high-rise building projects.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive project lifecycle execution from baseline scheduling to structural handover and commissioning.
• Supervise multidisciplinary site teams, engineering consultants, main contractors, and MEP sub-packages.
• Manage project budgets, cost controls, contractual claims, variation orders, and progress valuations.
• Enforce rigorous construction quality assurance (QA/QC) and international health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
• Conduct executive client progress reviews and coordinate approvals with municipal and government authorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Technology or B.E. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• 10 to 20 years of robust experience managing large-scale institutional projects or high-rise residential/commercial towers.
• In-depth command of FIDIC contract administration, Primavera P6 scheduling, and project cost management.
• Strong executive leadership, negotiation, and multidisciplinary communication capabilities.
