We are looking for a dedicated, organized, and detail-oriented Service Crew – Dispatcher to join our growing team in Kuwait.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) or Cloud Kitchens who can ensure accurate order dispatching, efficient delivery coordination, and smooth communication between kitchen and delivery teams.

Position: Service Crew – Dispatcher

Location: Kuwait

• Coordinate and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time.
• Verify that all orders are complete and properly packed before dispatch.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff, service crew, and delivery riders.
• Monitor order status and prioritize orders to meet delivery deadlines.
• Ensure smooth communication between operations and delivery teams.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dispatch area.
• Follow company standards for food safety, hygiene, and service quality.
• Support operational efficiency during peak hours.

• Maximum age: 33 years.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in:

  • Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)
  • Cloud Kitchens
  • Food Delivery Operations

• Knowledge of:
