Hiring Bakery Cake Decorator in Kuwait

CAKENA Bakery, a boutique artisanal cake studio and specialty patisserie in Kuwait City, is recruiting an imaginative Cake Decorator to create custom birthday, wedding, and celebration showpieces.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and decorate luxury celebration cakes, tiered wedding cakes, and themed novelty bakes.
• Master fondant covering, sugar flower crafting, royal icing piping, and airbrush tinting.
• Assemble, crumb-coat, and layer sponge cakes with artisanal buttercreams and fruit fillings.
• Interpret client reference photos and design sketches into finished baked centerpieces.
• Maintain highest standards of kitchen hygiene, pastry tool sterilization, and ingredient quality.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in bespoke cake decorating, fondant modelling, and piping techniques.
• Creative flair, precise eye for detail, and passion for contemporary bakery aesthetics.
• Portfolio of previous cake decorating projects and custom creations.
• Transferable residency in Kuwait.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: 270–350 KWD per month
