Hiring Supply Chain & Cost Control Officer in Kuwait

A premier multi-branch restaurant chain and central production kitchen in Kuwait is urgently seeking an assertive, analytical, and competent Supply Chain & Cost Control Officer to enforce inventory governance in Kuwait City, Kuwait.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Enforce rigorous receiving, inventory storage, and stock movement controls across central kitchens, warehouses, and branches.
• Conduct unannounced physical stock audits, yield checks, and surprise site inspections.
• Investigate recipe discrepancies, food cost variances, and prevent operational inventory leakage.
• Monitor cold room food storage standards, expiration dates, and FIFO product rotation.
• Halt unauthorized stock movements and mandate corrective operational actions immediately.
• Analyze supplier price trends, purchase order variances, and negotiate cost optimization opportunities.
• Prepare monthly food & beverage cost control reports and wastage variance analyses for executive management.

Requirements

• 3-6 Years of verified inventory control, cost accounting, or supply chain auditing experience in the F&B sector.
• Assertive, detail-oriented personality with impeccable personal integrity and thorough follow-up skills.
• Strong proficiency in restaurant ERP software, inventory systems, and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
