We are looking for an experienced and organized Vehicle Coordinator to join our team in Kuwait.

This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in fleet operations, driver supervision, transportation coordination, and delivery scheduling.

Position: Vehicle Coordinator

Location: Kuwait

• Coordinate daily vehicle movements and delivery schedules.
• Supervise and communicate with drivers to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor delivery timelines and ensure on-time completion of assigned routes.
• Plan and organize vehicle allocations based on operational requirements.
• Follow up on driver attendance, schedules, and vehicle availability.
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding transportation requirements.
• Resolve delivery issues and operational challenges efficiently.
• Maintain records of vehicle utilization, driver activities, and delivery performance.
• Ensure compliance with company transportation and safety procedures.

• Previous experience coordinating drivers, vehicle movements, and deliveries.
• Strong planning, scheduling, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage daily delivery operations effectively.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Must currently reside in Kuwait.
• Valid transferable Article 18 residency visa is required.
