We are looking for a professional, presentable, and customer-focused Waitress to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have experience in restaurants, cafés, or premium hospitality, with excellent communication skills and a strong focus on delivering a high-quality guest experience.
Job Responsibilities- Welcome guests warmly and provide professional, personalized service.
- Present menu items confidently and explain ingredients when required.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Ensure guests are comfortable, attended to, and satisfied throughout their visit.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
- Handle customer complaints calmly and find suitable solutions.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely service.
- Serve food and beverages according to proper service standards and etiquette.
- Monitor table status and maintain smooth service flow.
- Maintain good knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Ensure tables and service areas are clean and properly organized.
- Maintain excellent personal grooming and uniform standards.
- Follow all restaurant hygiene, health, and food safety procedures.
- 1–3 years of experience in restaurants, cafés, hospitality, or similar customer-service roles.
- Premium or high-end hospitality experience is preferred.
- Age: 28–38 years.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-service attitude.
- Good attention to detail and professional appearance.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Ability to work as part of a professional hospitality team.
- Reliable, courteous, and service-oriented personality.
- Good English communication skills are required.
- Arabic proficiency is also required.
