Hiring Warehouse Keeper & Inventory Controller in Kuwait

A premier perfumes and luxury cosmetics distribution house in Sulaibiya, Kuwait, is hiring a dedicated Warehouse Keeper to oversee stock intake, warehouse organization, and goods dispatch.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Inspect incoming shipments against delivery notes and purchase orders, noting any discrepancies or damages.
• Organize finished products, bottles, and packaging materials using First-In, First-Out (FIFO) methodology.
• Conduct routine cycle counts and maintain accurate records in inventory software (SAP / Excel).
• Pick, pack, label, and stage fragrance orders for retail branches, e-commerce dispatch, and wholesale clients.
• Maintain warehouse hygiene, implement safety guidelines, and coordinate loading and unloading operations.

Requirements

• Diploma or secondary degree with 2 to 5 years of warehouse or storekeeping experience.
• Computer literacy with working proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, or ERP inventory systems.
• Fluency in Arabic or English; physical ability to handle storage shelving and stock boxes.
• Valid Article 18 transferable Kuwait residency; available for immediate joining.
