Hiring Warehouse Operations Associate in Kuwait

A premier e-commerce fulfillment and logistics center in Kuwait is urgently seeking qualified, diligent, and competent Warehouse Operations Associates to join its team at Sulaibiya Agility Warehouse, Kuwait.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Pick, sort, scan, and pack e-commerce customer orders with high speed and zero shipment error.
• Utilize barcode handheld scanners and warehouse management software (WMS) to log item movements accurately.
• Inspect arriving merchandise, verify SKU barcodes against supplier manifests, and bin goods into assigned racking aisles.
• Prepare packaged parcels for domestic courier dispatch and cross-docking distribution.
• Conduct periodic cycle counts, stock audits, and inventory reconciliation within the fulfillment center.
• Adhere strictly to warehouse workplace safety guidelines, pallet stacking protocols, and PPE regulations.
• Collaborate with fulfillment shift supervisors to meet daily dispatch targets.

Requirements

• Holding at least an educational Diploma or High School credential.
• Good English language capability in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Must be a Kuwait resident for at least 1 year with transferable Visa Article 18.
• Valid Civil ID, Passport copy, Work Permit, and Sahel Criminal Status Clearance Certificate.
• Prior experience in logistics warehousing, e-commerce packing, or retail stockrooms is an advantage.
• Immediate availability to attend interviews and commence employment.
