Hiring Warehouse Operations Team Leader in Kuwait

TM Group, a leading retail fulfillment and rapid-delivery operations company in Kuwait, is seeking an energetic Warehouse Team Leader to guide warehouse floor operations and order picking crews.

The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.

Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily fulfillment staff, pickers, and packers in high-volume warehouse dark stores.
• Oversee inbound inventory receiving, bin stocking, barcode tagging, and stock replenishment.
• Monitor order picking accuracy, packing speed, and dispatch handoffs to delivery couriers.
• Conduct daily cycle counts, monitor shelf expiry dates, and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Enforce warehouse safety standards, sanitation routines, and temperature control compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum 1.5 years experience as a team leader or senior associate in a dark store, supermarket, or warehouse.
• Prior experience with quick-commerce fulfillment platforms (e.g., Talabat Mart or major retail chains).
• Valid Kuwait health card.
• Valid transferable residency.
