A prestigious Luxury Accessories Company in Kuwait City is looking for an enthusiastic and professional Assistant Female Sales Staff member to join its retail team.

Position Details

Job Title: Assistant Female Sales Staff
Location: Kuwait City
Salary: KWD 200 – 250 per month (based on experience and suitability)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior sales staff with daily store operations
• Welcome and greet customers in a professional manner
• Provide excellent customer service and product assistance
• Offer customers water or coffee as part of the store's hospitality service
• Support store presentation and maintain luxury retail standards
• Assist in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
• Help maintain store cleanliness, organization, and product displays
• Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat business

Requirements

 Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience

 Fluent in English

 Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 Well-presented, professional, and customer-focused

 Ability to work in a luxury retail environment

Visa & Hiring Requirements

 Transferable Article 18 Visa

 Local hiring only

 Currently residing in Kuwait
