Role Summary

Experienced BMS Operator / Integrated System Operator needed to operate, monitor, and maintain building management and integrated systems. The role requires strong technical knowledge, proven hands‑on experience, and the ability to manage complex control systems across facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor BMS and integrated building systems continuously.

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine checks on HVAC controls, sensors, and controllers.

• Troubleshoot and rectify faults in BMS, PLCs, and related automation equipment.

• Maintain logs and records of system performance, alarms, and corrective actions.

• Coordinate with maintenance teams and contractors for repairs and upgrades.

• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site regulations.

• Support testing and commissioning activities when required.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 8 years in BMS or integrated systems operation.

• Education: Technical Diploma in relevant discipline (electrical, instrumentation, HVAC controls, or similar).

• Skills: Strong knowledge of BMS platforms, PLCs, SCADA, sensors, and control logic.

• Attributes: Detail oriented, reliable, able to work shifts, and good communicator.

• Other: Transportation available for the role.
