Role Summary

Experienced Bobcat operators are required for site operations and material handling. Operators will run skid‑steer loaders (Skeet loaders) for construction, site clearance, and loading tasks under supervision.

Key Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years operating Bobcat / skid‑steer loaders.

• License: Valid Kuwait heavy duty driving license.

• Status: Local candidates only (must be currently in Kuwait).

• Fitness: Physically fit and medically sound.

• Attitude: Reliable, safety conscious, and able to follow site instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate Bobcat for loading, unloading, site leveling, and material movement.

• Perform pre‑shift equipment checks and basic maintenance.

• Secure loads and follow safe lifting and transport procedures.

• Coordinate with site supervisors and other trades to complete tasks on schedule.

• Maintain good housekeeping around equipment and report defects immediately.
