Apex Group Intl. GTC is recruiting experienced Downhill Welders and Boom Truck Operators to join fabrication and site teams. Candidates will work on heavy fabrication, lifting operations, and site installation tasks for industrial projects.

• Downhill Welder

  • Perform welding tasks on structural and pipework as per specifications.

  • Weld in various positions and environments while maintaining quality standards.

  • Read and follow welding procedures, drawings, and inspection criteria.

  • Carry out visual and dimensional checks; report defects and rework as required.

  • Maintain welding equipment and consumables; follow site safety procedures.

• Boom Truck Operator

  • Operate boom trucks and lifting equipment safely for material handling and installation.

  • Hold and use a heavy driving license; perform pre‑shift vehicle checks.

  • Coordinate lifts with rigging teams and follow lift plans and signals.

  • Ensure safe positioning, load securing, and compliance with site HSE rules.

• Proven experience as a downhill welder or similar welding role.

• Relevant welding certifications (e.g., TIG, SMAW, FCAW) preferred.

• Ability to read welding symbols and technical drawings.

• Boom Truck Operators: valid heavy driving license and lifting experience required.

• Strong safety awareness and ability to work at heights or in confined spaces when needed.

• Physically fit and able to work in outdoor/site conditions.

• Immediate joiners will be prioritized.

• Employment type: Contract or permanent depending on project needs.
