iSpeak Preschool is seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of its preschool branch in Kuwait.

This leadership role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in preschool management, educational administration, team leadership, and parent engagement.

• Oversee and manage the overall daily operations of the preschool.
• Lead, supervise, and support academic and administrative teams.
• Drive student registration and re-registration initiatives to achieve branch targets.
• Ensure compliance with preschool policies, educational standards, health, and safety requirements.
• Maintain high standards of childcare, parent satisfaction, and staff performance.
• Monitor operational efficiency and implement process improvements.
• Address operational issues and provide solutions promptly.
• Prepare regular reports and updates for senior management.
• Foster a positive and productive learning environment.

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in preschool management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of branch operations.
• Candidates must currently be based in Kuwait.
