Hiring Showroom Sales In-Charge in Kuwait
A prominent distributor and retail showroom of premium building materials, sanitaryware, and architectural fittings in Kuwait is urgently seeking an energetic, results-driven, and competent Showroom Sales In-Charge to join its team in Khaitan, Kuwait.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead showroom retail sales, greeting contractors, interior decorators, and villa owners professionally.
- Present building materials, ceramic tiles, plumbing systems, and architectural fixtures persuasively.
- Generate formal commercial quotations, sales orders, and invoices using the showroom ERP software.
- Coordinate with central warehouses and logistics dispatchers to schedule on-time site deliveries.
- Monitor showroom visual merchandising, product displays, and inventory stock replenishment levels.
- Build long-term relationships with regional building contractors and maintenance contracting firms.
- Work proactively towards surpassing monthly and quarterly showroom sales targets.
Requirements
- 3-6 Years of proven sales experience in building materials, ceramic tiles, sanitary products, or hardware showrooms.
- Strong bilingual communication fluency in Arabic and English is strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of customer satisfaction and showroom revenue growth.
- Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18).
- Strong commercial acumen, customer relationship etiquette, and negotiation skill.
- Immediate availability to commence employment.
