Hiring Burger Line Cook & Kitchen Helper in Kuwait
A popular gourmet burger concept in Ardhiya / Mangaf, Kuwait is expanding operations and urgently recruiting energetic Line Cooks & Kitchen Helpers.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare smash burger patties, tender chicken tenders, signature sauces, and fries according to standard recipes.
- Operate flat-top griddles, commercial deep fryers, and burger assembly stations safely and efficiently.
- Assist senior chefs with meat portioning, fresh vegetable slicing, and daily mise en place.
- Inspect raw ingredients, check expiration dates, and maintain correct food storage temperatures.
- Clean and sanitize cooking surfaces, hoods, oil fryers, and food prep areas at shift close.
- Work swiftly during peak lunch and dinner delivery hours to fulfill orders promptly.
Requirements
- 1-3 Years of experience in quick-service burger shops, cafes, or commercial dining kitchens.
- Valid Kuwait Baladiya Health Card is compulsory.
- Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa (Article 18).
- Strong stamina, ability to stand during busy kitchen shifts, and excellent team cooperation.
- Immediate availability to join.
