Open PositionsHead Chef – Central Kitchen ProductionKey Responsibilities

 Manage central kitchen production operations

 Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation

 Plan production schedules and kitchen workflows

 Monitor food cost, wastage, and inventory management

 Supervise kitchen staff and maintain productivity

 Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

 Develop recipes, menus, and production procedures

Area Chef – Multi-Outlet OperationsKey Responsibilities

 Oversee culinary operations across multiple outlets

 Ensure consistency of recipes, quality, and brand standards

 Train and mentor kitchen teams

 Monitor kitchen performance, food cost, and operational KPIs

 Support new menu launches and culinary innovation

 Coordinate with outlet managers and operations teams

 Conduct quality audits and kitchen inspections

Requirements

 Strong experience in restaurant, hospitality, or food service operations

 Proven leadership and team management skills

 Experience managing kitchen operations and food production

 Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards

 Ability to control food costs and operational efficiency

 Experience in central kitchens or multi-unit restaurant operations is highly preferred

 Excellent communication and organizational skills

 Currently residing in Kuwait preferred
