Experienced and motivated Business Development Executive needed to generate and close fit‑out projects. The freelancer will source leads, prepare proposals, and coordinate with design and project teams to convert inquiries into contracts and drive company growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities in interior fit‑out and construction projects.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into signed projects.
Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Achieve sales targets and report progress to management.
Experience: 2–5 years in business development or sales within the fit‑out industry.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of interior fit‑out works and project execution.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and client‑relationship skills.
Independence: Ability to generate leads and close deals without close supervision.
Other: Valid driving license preferred; proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
Location: Currently based in Kuwait and available for client visits.
Freelance/commission structure to be discussed during interview.
Performance incentives and project‑based commissions typically offered.
