Urgent Hiring – Captain Waiter Required in Kuwait
A leading Arabic concept restaurant in Kuwait is looking for an experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Captain Waiter to join its restaurant service team.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in an Arabic concept restaurant, strong communication skills in Arabic and English, and practical knowledge of POS systems, preferably Micros.
Job Responsibilities- Welcome guests and provide professional, friendly service.
- Lead and coordinate the assigned waiter/service team.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Ensure orders are communicated correctly to the kitchen and bar.
- Monitor table service and ensure guests receive timely attention.
- Handle customer requests and resolve service-related concerns professionally.
- Operate POS systems accurately, with Micros experience preferred.
- Ensure tables are properly arranged and maintained throughout service.
- Coordinate with kitchen and restaurant management for smooth operations.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, hygiene, and presentation.
- Assist in training and guiding junior waiters when required.
- Ensure restaurant service standards are consistently maintained.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Captain Waiter or similar position.
- Previous experience in an Arabic concept restaurant is required.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong verbal communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with POS systems.
- Micros POS experience is preferred.
- Strong customer-service and communication skills.
- Professional, energetic, and presentable personality.
- Ability to lead a service team and work effectively under pressure.
- Must be currently residing in Kuwait.
- Transferable Article 18 visa preferred.
- Arabic nationality preferred, as specified by the employer.
- Salary: KWD 200–250 per month
- Full package.
