A Fine Dining Restaurant in Kuwait is urgently hiring experienced and motivated candidates for the positions of Waiters, Captains, and Assistant Chefs.

Candidates with relevant restaurant experience, good communication skills, and a professional attitude are encouraged to apply.

Indian, Nepali, and Filipino nationals are preferred.

Experience Required: 1–3 Years

Responsibilities:

• Assist the head chef and kitchen team with daily food preparation.
• Prepare ingredients according to recipes and kitchen requirements.
• Support cooking and food production activities.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist with proper storage and handling of food ingredients.
• Ensure food preparation is completed efficiently and on time.
• Follow instructions from senior chefs and kitchen management.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English.
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Friendly and professional approach toward customers.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fine dining environment.
• Arabic and Hindi language skills are an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist restaurant guests professionally.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards.
• Maintain tables and dining areas properly.
• Respond to customer requests and provide excellent service.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and restaurant team.
• Ensure a positive dining experience for guests.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English.
• Previous experience in restaurant service or a Captain role is preferred.
• Strong customer service and team coordination skills.
• Arabic and Hindi are added advantages.

• Transferable Article 18 (Ahli) residence is mandatory.
• Indian, Nepali, and Filipino nationals are preferred.
• Relevant experience is required for the Assistant Chef position.
• Restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred for Waiters and Captains.
• Good English communication skills for Waiters and Captains.
• Arabic and Hindi language skills are an advantage.
• Good teamwork and communication abilities.
• Professional, hardworking, and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work in a busy fine dining restaurant environment.
