Urgent Hiring – Cleaning Supervisor Required
A deep cleaning company in Kuwait is looking for an experienced and responsible Cleaning Supervisor to manage cleaning teams and oversee daily cleaning operations.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in deep cleaning services and be able to communicate effectively in both Arabic and English. Candidates currently residing in Kuwait are preferred.
Job Responsibilities- Supervise daily operations of deep cleaning teams.
- Assign cleaning tasks and monitor team performance.
- Ensure cleaning work is completed according to company standards.
- Inspect completed work and maintain high-quality cleaning standards.
- Coordinate daily schedules and cleaning assignments.
- Train and guide cleaning staff on proper cleaning methods.
- Ensure cleaning equipment and materials are used correctly.
- Monitor the availability and proper use of cleaning supplies.
- Handle customer requirements and coordinate with the operations team.
- Resolve routine operational issues and report major concerns to management.
- Ensure employees follow workplace safety and company procedures.
- Maintain proper discipline, attendance, and productivity within the cleaning team.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in deep cleaning services.
- Previous experience supervising cleaning teams and daily operations.
- Article 18 transferable visa required.
- Arabic and English language skills are mandatory.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cleaning assignments efficiently.

- Salary: KWD 180 per month
