Urgent Hiring – Roustabout Required in Kuwait
A company in Kuwait is looking for a reliable and hardworking Roustabout to join its team. The successful candidate will support general labor, equipment maintenance, cleaning, and drilling/oilfield operations while following strict workplace safety and HSE procedures.
Candidates with experience in oil & gas, drilling rigs, oilfields, or industrial environments are preferred.
Job Responsibilities- Perform general maintenance, cleaning, and painting of equipment, machinery, and facilities.
- Load and unload equipment, pipes, tools, and other supplies safely.
- Assist roughnecks, drillers, and other crew members with daily operations.
- Support drilling and oilfield activities as directed by supervisors.
- Connect, disconnect, and maintain oil and gas pipes and lines.
- Help move and organize tools, materials, and equipment around the worksite.
- Conduct routine checks of tools and work areas.
- Identify and report potential hazards to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
- Follow company HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies and procedures.
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned.
- Minimum 1 year of experience preferred.
- Previous experience as a Roustabout or in a similar labor-intensive role is an advantage.
- Experience in the Oil & Gas, drilling, oilfield, or industrial sector is preferred.
- Physically fit and capable of performing heavy manual labor.
- Ability to work in demanding outdoor and weather conditions.
- Good understanding of workplace and site safety procedures.
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely around heavy equipment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Responsible, hardworking, and safety-conscious.
- Salary: KWD 235 per month
