A leading group in Kuwait is expanding its Cargo Division and is looking for experienced and motivated professionals to join its growing logistics team.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in freight forwarding or cargo operations.
• Knowledge of import/export documentation and shipment coordination.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to coordinate with clients, shipping lines, and logistics partners.

• Generate new business opportunities for cargo and logistics services.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with prospective customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Promote the company's freight forwarding and cargo solutions.

• Experience in sales or marketing is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Customer-focused with a results-driven attitude.

• Manage executive schedules, appointments, and meetings.
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation.
• Coordinate office activities and administrative tasks.
• Maintain confidential records and provide executive support.

• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
