Matbakhi is looking for an experienced and proactive Catering Supervisor to join its operations team in Kuwait.

This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in catering, hospitality, or restaurant operations who can effectively manage events, teams, and daily catering activities.

 Supervise daily catering operations and service activities

 Coordinate catering events, functions, and food service schedules

 Manage and support catering staff and operational teams

 Ensure high standards of food service and customer satisfaction

 Coordinate with kitchen, logistics, and service teams

 Monitor event preparation, setup, and execution

 Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards

 Handle customer requirements and resolve service-related issues

 Support operational planning and performance improvement initiatives

 Experience in:

• Catering Operations
• Hospitality Industry
• Restaurant Operations

 Strong supervisory and team management skills

 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

 Strong customer service orientation

 Bilingual skills (English and Arabic preferred)

 Ability to coordinate events, staff, and daily operations efficiently

 Currently residing in Kuwait
