Célène is looking for an experienced and passionate Chocolate Chef (Chocolatier) to join its production team. If you have extensive experience in chocolate making and a deep understanding of chocolate science, this is an excellent opportunity to showcase your creativity and expertise.

As a Chocolate Chef, you will be responsible for producing premium chocolate products while ensuring the highest standards of quality, consistency, and craftsmanship. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing production processes and solving technical challenges related to chocolate production.

 Produce high-quality chocolates, bonbons, pralines, truffles, and specialty chocolate products

 Perform chocolate tempering and ensure proper crystallization for premium finishes

 Monitor and maintain product consistency, texture, and flavor profiles

 Troubleshoot production and quality issues independently

 Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and quality standards throughout production

 Develop and refine recipes, fillings, and chocolate creations

 Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and customer demand

 Ensure proper storage and handling of chocolate ingredients and finished products

 Minimum 5 years of experience in chocolate making

 Strong knowledge of:

• Chocolate Tempering
• Cocoa Processing
• Chocolate Crystallization
• Flavor Profiles
• Chocolate Production Techniques

 Ability to identify and resolve production challenges independently

 High attention to detail and commitment to quality

 Strong organizational and time-management skills
