Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Site roles: Supervise construction activities, manage subcontractors, ensure quality control, enforce safety, and maintain daily site reports.

• Technical office roles: Prepare shop drawings, review structural and architectural drawings, coordinate with consultants, and produce technical submittals.

• Project coordination: Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers; monitor progress against schedules and budgets; resolve technical issues promptly.

• Quality and compliance: Ensure works comply with specifications, codes, and client requirements; conduct inspections and prepare punch lists.

Requirements

• Experience: 5–10 years in civil engineering with proven experience on villas and public buildings.

• Capabilities: Able to perform site management or technical office duties; strong leadership and communication skills.

• Technical skills: Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, drawings, and site safety practices.

• Qualifications: Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent; relevant local experience preferred.
