Role Overview

Experienced electrical supervisors, foremen, and electricians are required to oversee and execute GI conduit and cable tray installations across commercial projects (mall experience preferred for Foreman). Candidates will plan daily work, supervise teams, ensure compliance with drawings and standards, and maintain progress reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead electrical teams for cable tray and GI conduit installation.

• Plan daily work schedules and allocate manpower.

• Ensure work follows drawings, specifications, and project standards.

• Coordinate with engineers, clients, and other trades to resolve issues.

• Monitor progress and prepare daily progress reports (DPR).

• Enforce HSE procedures and safe working practices on site.

Requirements

• Supervisor: 3–5 years relevant experience; valid driving license mandatory; strong leadership and coordination skills.

• Foreman: 3–5 years experience; mall project experience preferred; hands‑on with GI conduit and cable tray systems.

• Electrician: Minimum 3 years experience in electrical installation and conduit/cable tray work.

• All candidates: Thorough knowledge of cable tray and GI conduit installation; able to read drawings; reliable and safety conscious.

• Location: Local candidates in Kuwait preferred; immediate availability is an advantage.

Salary Guide

• Supervisor: KD 300 – 450 per month.

• Foreman: KD 250 – 400 per month.

• Electrician: KD 200 – 280 per month.
