Overview

A local‑hire Civil Supervisor position is open for candidates with 7+ years’ experience, preferably with prior supervisor approval from KNPC, KOC, or KIPIC. Candidates with Kuwait driving license and experience in building maintenance are preferred. Immediate joiners and those currently inside Kuwait will be prioritised.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 7 years in civil supervision.

• Approvals: Prior supervisor approval for KNPC, KOC, or KIPIC preferred.

• Location: Local hiring only — currently residing in Kuwait.

• License: Kuwait driving license preferred.

• Specialisation: Experience in building maintenance and site supervision.

• Availability: Ready to join immediately is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil works and building maintenance activities.

• Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, and material deliveries.

• Ensure work is executed to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

• Enforce HSE rules and maintain safe working practices on site.

• Monitor progress, prepare daily reports, and escalate issues to project management.

• Verify workmanship, carry out inspections, and support snagging and handover activities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven track record on Kuwait projects and familiarity with local site procedures.

• Valid supervisor approvals from KNPC, KOC, or KIPIC will speed up shortlisting.

• Experience with maintenance contracts, preventive maintenance planning, and vendor coordination.

• Strong communication, documentation, and team leadership skills.
