Job Summary

Hiring a skilled and detail‑oriented CNC and Laser Cutting Machine Operator to join the production team. The role focuses on precision cutting and finishing of signage and fabrication materials, ensuring high quality output and minimal material waste while meeting production deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC routing machines and laser cutting machines.

• Read and interpret technical drawings and design files.

• Select materials and tools for each job including acrylic, wood, ACP, foam, and similar substrates.

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure smooth operation.

• Ensure quality finishing and minimize material wastage.

• Coordinate with the design team to meet project deadlines and specifications.

• Maintain production logs and report machine issues promptly.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years hands‑on experience in CNC routing and/or laser cutting operations.

• Age: Must be below 40 years old.

• Technical skills: Familiarity with operating software such as ArtCAM, AutoCAD, CorelDRAW is a plus.

• Location and visa: Currently based in Kuwait with a transferable Article 18 visa.

• Traits: Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, punctual, and a team player.

• Physical: Able to handle materials and stand for production shifts.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary: KWD 250.000.
