Hiring Reach Truck & Forklift Operator in Kuwait
A premier cold storage logistics and temperature-controlled warehousing facility in Kuwait is urgently seeking a skilled, safety-conscious, and competent Reach Truck & Forklift Operator to join its warehouse operations in Ardiya Industrial Area, Kuwait.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate electric reach trucks and heavy forklifts to stack and retrieve palletized goods in high-bay narrow aisles.
- Handle refrigerated and frozen food cargo carefully within cold storage environments (-18C to +4C).
- Follow warehouse management system (WMS) pick-lists and scan barcodes for bin location tracking.
- Load and unload temperature-controlled reefer trucks and distribution trailers safely.
- Conduct daily pre-operational equipment inspections on reach truck hydraulics, steering, and battery charge.
- Maintain pallet stability and ensure safe stacking clearances across heavy storage racking.
- Comply strictly with cold-chain occupational health and safety regulations.
Requirements
- 2-5 Years of verified experience operating electric reach trucks in high-density warehouses or cold stores.
- Proficiency in operating equipment at high lifting heights (up to 9–11 meters) with high spatial accuracy.
- Physical ability to work in cold storage environments wearing certified thermal safety gear.
- Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18).
- Candidate must currently reside in Kuwait and be ready for immediate joining.
- High level of safety discipline and equipment handling responsibility.
