Hiring Warehouse & Maintenance Management Team in Kuwait
A prominent logistics and commercial enterprise in Sharq, Kuwait, is expanding its operations team and actively hiring experienced Warehouse Managers, Maintenance Managers, Receivers, and Dispatchers.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage large-scale warehouse operations, inventory turnover, stock accuracy, and logistics space planning.
- Lead maintenance departments in scheduling electro-mechanical preventive maintenance across company assets.
- Oversee receiving docks, verifying inbound shipments, packing slips, and discrepancy reporting.
- Coordinate goods dispatch, routing couriers, and ensuring on-time delivery fulfillment.
- Implement modern WMS systems, ISO safety standards, and team operational KPIs.
Requirements
- Warehouse Manager: Minimum 5 years of verified managerial experience in logistics or supply chain.
- Maintenance Manager: Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial or facility maintenance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and ERP inventory skills.
- Valid Article 18 transferable visa in Kuwait.
