Hiring Dark Store Team Leader in Kuwait
A high-growth quick-commerce and retail fulfillment operation in Al-Rai, Kuwait, is urgently recruiting an experienced Dark Store Team Leader to supervise picking, stock replenishment, and shift operations.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily dark store operations, managing inventory picking, packing, and dispatch speed.
- Oversee store stock levels, conduct daily cycle counts, and ensure accurate shelving of incoming inventory.
- Manage and motivate picking and packing crews across scheduled 9-hour daily shifts (26 working days monthly).
- Monitor key operational fulfillment metrics to minimize order picking times and maintain zero fulfillment errors.
- Enforce strict workplace cleanliness, health standards, and safe product storage protocols.
Requirements
- Mandatory prior experience in a dark store, e-commerce fulfillment center, or modern supermarket.
- Good English speaking and reading proficiency for inventory management and order manifests.
- Valid CV demonstrating verified supervisory or retail warehouse experience.
- Candidates holding valid residency or temporary work permit are eligible.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: 230 - 250 KD per month
