A distinguished dining and beverage establishment in Kuwait is seeking a talented and passionate Continental & Asian Head Chef to join its culinary team in Kuwait City, Kuwait.
The candidate will uphold top culinary standards, maintain spotless kitchen sanitation, and create delightful culinary creations for all guests.
Applicants must hold a valid Kuwait Baladiya Food Handling Card and possess relevant kitchen or culinary experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare, assemble, and present food and beverage orders according to standardized recipes.
- Ensure full adherence to food safety, commercial kitchen hygiene, and Baladiya standards.
- Inspect ingredients and product stocks for freshness, quality, and proper FIFO storage.
- Operate commercial kitchen and beverage appliances safely and maintain them in pristine condition.
- Minimize food waste through precise prep planning and portion control.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen brigade and service staff for smooth dining service.
Requirements
- Valid Kuwait Baladiya Food Handling / Health Card is mandatory.
- 2–6 years of verified culinary, chef, or beverage crafting experience.
- Thorough knowledge of kitchen sanitation, food temperature control, and safety.
- Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa (Article 18).
- High stamina, attention to detail, and positive teamwork attitude.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: KWD 350–550 per month.
