Manage contract administration and coordination activities for KOC project operations. Ensure contract compliance, support project teams with documentation and coordination tasks, and act as a reliable point of contact between stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and within contractual terms.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project administration tasks across stakeholders and contractors.

• Manage contract documentation including issuance, tracking, and version control.

• Prepare and review project correspondence, reports, and invoices.

• Support contract change management and claims tracking.

• Ensure compliance with KOC procedures and contractual obligations.

• Liaise with project teams to resolve administrative and contractual issues.

• Maintain accurate records and provide regular status updates to management.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in project administration or coordination.

• Proven experience in the Oil & Gas sector on project coordination tasks.

• Valid Article 18 transferable visa in Kuwait.

• Available to join immediately.

• Valid Kuwait driving licence preferred.

• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.

• Strong organizational, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
