A company in Kuwait is urgently looking for a Customer Service Agent to join its team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic administrative knowledge, and the ability to handle customer inquiries and online orders efficiently.

• Receive and handle incoming customer calls professionally.
• Manage website inquiries and online customer orders.
• Monitor and update product stock availability.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely order processing.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Provide excellent customer support and resolve inquiries.
• Assist with hiring-related coordination and administrative support.
• Perform other customer service and office tasks as assigned.

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and internet browsing skills.
• Ability to manage online orders and website inquiries.
• Basic understanding of inventory and stock checking.
• Well-organized and able to multitask.
• Candidates currently residing in Kuwait are preferred.
• Immediate joiners are an advantage.
