We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our team in Kuwait.

Open Positions1. Data Entry OperatorKey Responsibilities

• Enter and update data accurately in company systems.
• Maintain records, databases, and documentation.
• Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare reports and support administrative activities.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper record management.

Requirements

• Previous experience in data entry and record management.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• F&B industry experience is preferred.

2. Junior AccountantKey Responsibilities

• Assist with daily accounting transactions.
• Maintain financial records and documentation.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense records.
• Support bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.
• Assist with financial reporting and month-end closing activities.
• Ensure accuracy of accounting data and supporting documents.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Familiarity with invoices, payments, reconciliations, and financial records.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Previous experience in the F&B industry is required.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
