Delivery Operations Supervisor Job in Kuwait
Location: Kuwait
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Delivery Operations Supervisor to join our team. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in managing delivery operations within Kuwait.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise daily delivery operations and drivers
- Coordinate with delivery platforms and dispatch teams
- Manage fleet operations, including vehicles and driver allocation
- Monitor driver attendance, performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth workflow
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate operational records
- Support driver onboarding and training processes
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Kuwait traffic regulations
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a supervisor in Kuwait (delivery/logistics field preferred)
- Experience working with delivery platforms such as Keeta, Ninja, or similar
- Fluent in English
- Valid Kuwait driving license
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and relevant systems
- Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in fleet management or logistics operations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
