Hiring Restaurant Waiter / Waitress in Kuwait
A reputable casual dining restaurant in Kuwait is urgently seeking ambitious, energetic, and competent Waiters & Waitresses to join its team in Hawally, Kuwait.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome dining guests warmly upon arrival, seat them courteously, and present food and beverage menus.
- Answer inquiries regarding menu ingredients, cooking methods, and daily chef specials with thorough knowledge.
- Record guest food and beverage orders accurately into the restaurant POS ordering terminal.
- Serve freshly prepared meals, appetizers, and beverages to dining tables promptly and gracefully.
- Clear empty plates, refresh cutlery, and maintain dining room tables and service stations impeccably clean.
- Process customer payment transactions accurately and ensure all guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience.
- Adhere strictly to Kuwait municipality hygiene rules and restaurant service standards.
Requirements
- 0-2 Years of hospitality or customer service experience (comprehensive training provided for ambitious candidates).
- Fluency in spoken English is mandatory; conversational Arabic is an added advantage.
- Valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22).
- Pleasant personality, neat grooming, and passion for delivering warm hospitality.
- Good physical stamina, teamwork spirit, and positive work attitude.
- Immediate availability to commence employment is highly preferred.
