Role Summary

Experienced Draftsman required to produce accurate shop and execution drawings for aluminum works including doors, windows, facades, and curtain wall systems. The role supports production and site teams by converting design intent into detailed fabrication and installation drawings.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed shop drawings for aluminum doors, windows, curtain walls, and façade systems.

• Develop fabrication details including profiles, sections, joints, and fixing details.

• Convert architectural and engineering drawings into production‑ready drawings.

• Coordinate with production and site teams to resolve technical queries and ensure constructability.

• Revise drawings based on site measurements, client comments, and QA checks.

• Maintain drawing records and ensure timely submission for approvals and fabrication.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in drawing and detailing aluminum works; preference for candidates with factory experience.

• Software: Proficient in AutoCAD or equivalent engineering drawing software.

• Technical knowledge: Good understanding of aluminum profiles, curtain wall systems, glazing details, and fabrication tolerances.

• Accuracy: High attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.

• Communication: Able to coordinate with engineers, production staff, and site teams.

• Availability: Local candidates or those able to join immediately preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in an aluminum factory or fabrication workshop.

• Familiarity with shop floor processes and production constraints.

• Basic knowledge of material takeoffs and bill of materials preparation.
