Role Overview

Experienced Payroll Accountant required to manage end‑to‑end payroll processing, salary postings, reconciliations, and related accounting entries while maintaining strict confidentiality and meeting payroll deadlines.

Key Requirements

• Education: Graduate in Accounting or Commerce.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in payroll processing.

• Accounting knowledge: Clear understanding of basic accounting principles including debit and credit concepts.

• Technical skills: Good knowledge of MS Excel and payroll systems.

• Attributes: High attention to detail, confidentiality, and ability to meet deadlines.

• Work style: Reliable, organized, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Main Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.

• Post salary journal entries and manage payroll ledgers.

• Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies.

• Prepare payroll reports and summaries for management.

• Maintain confidential payroll records and documentation.

• Coordinate with HR for joiners, leavers, salary changes, and benefits.

• Assist with month‑end and year‑end payroll related tasks.

Salary and Terms

Salary: KD 300 – KD 350 depending on experience and accounting knowledge.
