Hiring Electrical Foreman & Diesel Generator Technician in Kuwait
An established electrical contracting and power systems engineering firm in Amghara, Kuwait, is hiring an experienced Electrical Foreman and Diesel Generator Maintenance Technician.
The ideal candidate should have verified GCC or local Kuwait working experience, strong professional discipline, and the ability to execute day-to-day responsibilities with high accuracy.
Applicants must hold valid Kuwait residency with transferable visa status (Article 18 or 22) and be available for immediate or near-term joining.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise site electrical teams in cable laying, conduit installation, distribution board termination, and switchgear wiring.
- Perform preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and overhaul of heavy industrial diesel generators.
- Inspect generator mechanical components, fuel injection systems, alternators, automatic transfer switches (ATS), and AVR units.
- Ensure all on-site electrical installations strictly conform to Kuwait MEW regulations and project drawings.
- Maintain generator service maintenance logs, oil testing records, and spare parts inventory.
Requirements
- Diploma or Technical Trade Certificate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- 2 to 5 years of demonstrated site experience in electrical project supervision or industrial generator servicing.
- Hold a valid Article 18 transferable visa; available to join on short notice.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and field safety compliance.
