Urgent Hiring – Experienced Electrical Supervisor
A construction company in Kuwait is looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join the team immediately.
We are seeking a skilled professional with strong experience in supervising electrical works, managing site activities, and ensuring projects are completed safely and according to quality standards.
Job Responsibilities- Supervise daily electrical installation and maintenance activities at the project site.
- Monitor electrical works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers, technicians, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Manage manpower and ensure smooth execution of electrical works.
- Inspect work progress and maintain quality standards.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide technical guidance.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and construction standards.
- Prepare site updates and reports when required.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the electrical construction field.
- Strong experience as an Electrical Supervisor on construction projects.
- Good knowledge of electrical installation, testing, and site coordination.
- Ability to manage teams and handle site responsibilities.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Candidates must be currently available in Kuwait.
