Electromechanical Engineer Required – Recycling Plant

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Electromechanical Engineer to join our recycling plant in Kuwait. If you have a strong background in maintaining industrial machinery, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems, and ensuring smooth plant operations, we'd love to hear from you.

• Perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automation systems.
• Maintain and service advanced recycling equipment, including:
  • Sorema crushing and washing lines
  • Erema extrusion systems
  • KONTI / PAAL balers
  • Shredders and crushers
  • KBM and Hikon systems
  • Conveyors
  • ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) equipment
• Handle PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, motors, drives, and electrical control panels.
• Support equipment installation, commissioning, and upgrades.
• Monitor machinery performance to minimize downtime and improve productivity.
• Ensure plant equipment operates safely and efficiently.
• Maintain utility systems and comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare maintenance reports and recommend improvements for better reliability.

• Bachelor's Degree in:
  • Electromechanical Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
• 5–10 years of experience in:
  • Recycling plants
  • Plastic manufacturing
  • Industrial production facilities
  • Heavy manufacturing industries
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with PLCs, automation systems, and industrial machinery.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with advanced recycling machinery will be a strong advantage.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
